This year, I have been drawn back to the “one anothers” in the Bible and, finding myself a little short, am thinking this may be a place to start. But let me back up.

Before I started serving women, I was serving people with disabilities. I worked for an international sports organization that oversaw the Paralympic Games, not an easy task with so many layers of people, politics, cultures, and languages. At the time, this was my dream job. I got to combine my passion for the power of sport with serving a community that was so dear to my heart.

Merriam-Webster defines sin as an offense against religious or moral law; an action that is highly reprehensible; or a serious shortcoming. Biblically, 1 John 3:4 says that “in fact, sin is lawlessness,” a pattern of behavior that shows disregard for God’s law.
