As each year winds down, I become reflective about a number of things; the topics vary. I usually think about how God has used me during the year and how I have grown. I look back at how I gave and how I served. And, I look forward in expectation of how God will continue to move in my life.

I honestly don’t know how to sit down and write a feel-good blog post for well-meaning Christian women to read right now. 

Merriam-Webster defines sin as an offense against religious or moral law; an action that is highly reprehensible; or a serious shortcoming. Biblically, 1 John 3:4 says that “in fact, sin is lawlessness,” a pattern of behavior that shows disregard for God’s law.
